The Imperial Villa
Nero wanted build this huge architectural wonder along the coast of Lazio of which only a few parts are remaining.

The Villas of nobility
Three villas have made the history of Anzio: Villa Adele, Villa Albani, Villa Sarsina. Here you will read about their history, their artistic value in the past and in the future.

The main churches
A journey inside the main churches of Anzio: S.Teresa is the most recent, S.Antonio the most important.



The main monuments
A series of monuments and works of art which have marked the history of Anzio. The statue of Angelita and the ancient maiden of Anzio are the symbols of the town.


The temples and the cults
A full immersion in the beliefs and the cults which anticipated Christianity. Almost nothing remains of the Temples of Aesculapius and Dea Fortuna.

From the Roman Theatre to the Paradiso sul Mare. The natural reserve of Tor Caldara and the Commonwealth Cemetery, to not forget those who died for our freedom.
